Based on Functional-Structural Plant model Greenlab, cPlant team developed two softwares named ‘GreenScilab’ and ‘Qingyuan’. ‘GreenScilab’ can simulate many crops, such as tomato, cucumber, chrysanthemum and maize, and these crops have been calibrated with the experimental data. ‘Qingyuan’ can simulate trees, like albizia, ginkgo, pine and orange.
基于植物功能结构模型Greenlab,cPlant团队开发了两个软件,分别名为“GreenScilab”和“青园”。“GreenScilab”可以模拟番茄、黄瓜、菊花、玉米等多种作物,这些作物已经用实验数据进行了校准。“青园”可以模拟树木,如白桦、银杏、松树。

Introduction

  • cPlant,formerly known as GreenLab, which was a LIAMA project launched in 1998, is Associate Team of INRIA Digiplant Project.
  • The cPlant team focuses on modeling plant growth and development, developing and applying GreenLab model for different kinds of applications, by using methods from mathematics, automation,software engineering, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, and rendering techniques.
  • Current research activities include digital twin of vertical farm, digital twin of controlled ecological life-supporting system, agricultural intelligent service (disease diagnose, crop planning, etc.)
  • cPlant,前身为GreenLab,是1998年启动的LIMA项目,是INRIA Digiplant项目的关联团队。
