The team's core functional-structural plant model (FSPM) describing plant growth, development and source–sink relations.
GreenLab is the team's functional-structural plant model, developed since the LIAMA project launched in 1998. It integrates plant organogenesis and biomass production/allocation in one mathematical framework, and has been calibrated on crops and trees such as tomato, cucumber, chrysanthemum, maize, wheat and pine.
