The simulator in your browser: open a plant package, edit its files, hit Run and see the results — nothing to install.

  • Edit inputs on the left: para.toml, para_geo.toml, organ meshes (obj), textures (png)
  • Read outputs on the right: topology diagram, growth curves and data table, 3D plant
  • Public models open and run without signing in; register to save your own models, keep their version history and share them by email with the people you choose

For programs

HTTP API

Call the simulator as a service: post a parameter package and run options, get back per-cycle growth data, a topology diagram and a 3D model. Good for batch runs, parameter fitting and your own front end.

  • JWT authentication; get a token from /api/token/pair
  • Upload a .qyp package, or run a model already stored on the server
  • Returns JSON: per-cycle crop snapshots, an SVG topology diagram and a glTF 3D model
